The hotel was built in the memory of Mrs Esther Mosunmola Osibodu who died on the 1st of May 2008 as a result the hotel is christined as Esthers Hotel Bars and Suits. The hotel has 20 rooms laid out in 4 different wings. The rooms are fully serviced with Air Conditioning， Flat Screen Television， Refrigeration， Ceiling Fans， Wifi (at extra cost) and Intercom telephones and water heaters.

The hotel has bars ( Excecutive Bar and a complimentry Bar) on site secure parking， Restaurant， and a breakfast room. The Hotel is well secured with CCTV cameras， and adequate security personel.

There are 14 King Suits and 5 Queen suites， the suits are carefully laid out to guarantee your maximum comfort all the Suits are fully equipped with Air conditioners， satellite TVs， a personal refrigerator， water heaters， intercom telephones.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the town， where the atmosphere is absolutely relaxing. The hotel is located behind the new motor garage and the new market.

If travelling from Lagos through lagos Ibadan express way from Lagos to Shagamu， turn off at the Shagamu junction and follow the Benin Ore express road and turn into Ilishan Remo at Delabo junction which is just after the Total Petrol Station on your left， Turn left off the Express road and travel for about a mile until you come to the round about， turn left at the round about and you are now facing the road going to Iperu turn right at the second turning after the round follow this road and this roads swings to your left， drive past the celestial church and turn right again and this road is Esther Mosunmola Osibodu Drive and the hotel is on the left side of the road at the end of the street. There is so many roads leading to the hotel second and fourth exit from ilishan-Iperu Road will take you to the hotel
